Privacy Policy
This policy describes data processing on Fizioterapeuti.hr. The data controller is the operator of Fizioterapeuti.hr and can be contacted at info@fizioterapeuti.hr.
Directory information
Information about service providers is collected from publicly available sources. Each profile states its source and last update date. Contact us by email to request a correction.
Contact enquiries
When you send an enquiry from a profile, we store your name, email address, message, selected profile, intended recipient, status and submission time. We process this information to receive, review and forward your request to the service provider.
Do not enter diagnoses, medical records, Croatian personal identification numbers, payment card details or other sensitive information. Enquiries are not sent to providers automatically; they are first reviewed administratively.
Incorrect-information reports
When you report incorrect profile information, we store the reason, correction details, contact information you provided, related profile, status and submission time. We use your contact information only if clarification is required. To prevent abuse, we temporarily compare a one-way HMAC digest of the network address; we do not store the original IP address.
Recipients and retention
Enquiry information is available to authorised administrators and may be forwarded to the provider whose profile received the enquiry. We delete enquiries and related personal data no later than 12 months after receipt unless longer retention is required for a legal claim. The technical digest used for abuse prevention is deleted with the enquiry.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Send requests to info@fizioterapeuti.hr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.
